My kids only wanted to buy the packaged granola bars that tasted good but had no nutritional value. I discovered this recipe on Pinterest and my kids love them. I have recommended it to many of my friends and their families love them too. Quick and easy, I omitted the coconut and almost always double the recipe.

Cool recipe from Smashed Peas and Carrots
As simple as it gets -
Mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate it for a while in order to make the mix firmer and easier to work with.
Make small balls, bite size, from the mix. Refrigerate.
Optional – Roll the balls in coconut, make it less sticky and adds a little twist too it.
